Check whether the DFSA or another authority has issued a warning against the company before you invest or transfer money.
Finanstilsynet recommends that you do not accept offers from companies that supervisory authorities have warned against.
Please note that even if the DFSA or other supervisory authorities have not issued a warning against a company, this does not automatically mean that the company is genuine and legal.
If you want to be sure that you are dealing with a registered company, check whether the company is listed in the DFSA’s company register. If the company does not appear, it is not authorised to offer financial services in Denmark, and there may be no consumer or investor protection.

Search for the company’s name in the DFSA’s register of warnings.
Also search for the company’s name in the database from The International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), which collects warnings from authorities worldwide. See the IOSCO database of warnings.
