The Danish FSA can’t be held liable for the accuracy of the company announcements available in OAM.
The Danish FSA can’t be held liable, in case the disclosure of the copyrighted information occurs without the company’s consent.
Furthermore, the Danish FSA can neither be held liable for the user’s use of OAM nor the information and material available in OAM.
Downloading, acquisition and use of the information etc., available in OAM., as well as links to the relevant websites, is the sole responsibility of the user.
The Danish FSA can’t be held liable for loss of data on the user’s or a third party’s computer or other indirect loss.
