The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority warns the public against the fraudulent use of the name Whitecroft Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S by clone firm.

It has come to the attention of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) that a clone firm is offering investment services to consumers using the name of the Danish firm Whitecroft Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S.

The clone company uses the website whitecroftcapital.fr.

It is assessed that this is a clone company as it does not have a license from the FSA and makes fraudulent use of the name of a well-established firm.

The Danish FSA strongly advice against responding to any offer of financial instruments or services made by the clone firm and against transferring money to any account number it might mention. Moreover, the Danish FSA recommends that investors do not communicate with anyone from the clone firm.

The Danish FSA's business register contains information on which companies are authorized to offer financial services in Denmark.
