Changes in the basis for the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority’s collection of levies from financial companies
Published 24-09-2025From 2025, securities broker holding companies, financial advisers, mortgage credit intermediaries, insurance intermediaries, investment advisers, and all types of companies that provide advice on financial products to consumers will be charged a fee to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) under amended rules. The changes clarify legal references, extend the fee obligation to securities broker holding companies, and abolish both the fee and licensing requirement for financial advisers.
