The firm markets investment services on Corpholding.com and has contacted consumers unsolicited about this, without authorization to operate as an investment firm in Denmark. The firm is suspected of being a so-called "boiler room," where consumers are contacted unsolicited and subjected to significant sales pressure, including pressure to submit sensitive personal information, as well as misleading promises of quick financial gains in order to persuade them to invest.
If you use an investment platform without a license to trade financial instruments, you are not ensured investor protection. This means, among other things, that you cannot file a complaint with either The Danish Financial Complaint Board or the Complaint Board for Investment Firms, and that the investments are not covered by the Danish Guarantee Fund. Thus, it is unlikely that you will get your money back if there are problems with the delivery of the securities.
