User registration and assignment of rights for e-Reg

When you are to begin reporting in e-Reg, you must complete two registration steps:
(1) User registration for e-Reg (either with MitID for businesses as login method or MFA as login method)
(2) Assignment of rights in e-Reg

On this page, you will find guides and assistance for both of these steps.

If you already have a user account for e-Reg and only wish to apply for extra rights to submit additional types of reports, please go directly to step 2 below.

(1) User registration for e-Reg

Do you not yet have a user account for e-Reg? Below you will find guidance on how to obtain a user account.

User accounts for e-Reg can be created with two different login methods:

  • either MitID for businesses (not private MitID)
  • or MFA (multi-factor authentication)

We strongly recommend choosing MitID for businesses as the login method, as it is the quickest to set up. User accounts can be created within one day with MitID for businesses as login method. Creating user accounts with MFA as login method involves a significantly more complicated process and takes longer.
