User registration and assignment of rights for e-Reg

When you are to begin reporting in e-Reg, you must complete two registration steps:
(1) User registration for e-Reg (either with MitID login or MFA login)
(2) Assignment of rights in e-Reg

On this page, you will find guides and assistance for both of these steps.

(1) User registration for e-Reg

Do you not yet have a user account for e-Reg? Below you will find guidance on how to obtain a user account.

User accounts for e-Reg can be created with two different login methods: either MitID or MFA (multi-factor authentication).

We strongly recommend choosing MitID as the login method, as it is the quickest to set up. User accounts with MitID login can be created within one day. User accounts with MFA login involve a significantly more complicated process and take longer.

MitID login (primary solution)

This guide explains how to obtain a user account for e-Reg with MitID login.

MFA login (alternative solution)

This guide explains how to obtain a user account for e-Reg with MFA login.

(2) Assignment of rights in e-Reg

Once you have obtained a user account for e-Reg (step 1 above), you must apply for rights so that you are able to submit the relevant report(s) on behalf of the relevant company or companies.

The application form for rights in e-Reg is in MS Word format. Once you have downloaded and completed the form, please send the completed form to e-Reg@ftnet.dk. We will then assign the rights to your user and contact you when this is done.
