OAM will be unavailable from 26 - 30 november due to a system upgrade

You are receiving this email because you are registered as a user of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority’s (Danish FSA) OAM system.

On Monday, 1 December 2025, the Danish FSA will launch a new version of its reporting system, OAM. As a result, the system will be temporarily closed for submissions.

This means you will not be able to submit reports or search previous submissions in OAM from Wednesday, 26 November at 8 am (CET) until Sunday, 30 November.

OAM will reopen for submissions and access to previous reports on Monday, 1 December at 8 am (CET).

If you or your company need to submit reports to the Danish FSA during the closure period, please do so in the new OAM as soon as possible after the update. The OAM address will remain oam.finanstilsynet.dk.

Logging in to the new OAM after 1 December

If you usually log in with MitID or MitID Erhverv, you can continue to do so. Please note that you will be required to accept the Danish FSA’s GDPR guidelines.

If you normally log in with a username and password, you will receive an email from us shortly before 1 December with a temporary password and instructions to use an Authenticator app on your phone. This is because the Danish FSA is introducing two-factor authentication. In future, your email address will be your user ID.

What’s new in OAM?

OAM will have a new look, but the content will remain the same as you are used to. For major shareholder and manager notifications, you will no longer need to download and complete a PDF form from finanstilsynet.dk, as the form will now be completed directly in OAM during the reporting process. You will be able to download the completed form for sending to the issuer.

The “Subscribe to notifications” function will no longer be available.

New reporting solution to replace OAM in 2026

On 10 July 2026, the EU’s European Single Access Point (ESAP) legislation will come into effect. This means that OAM will be replaced by a new solution. The Danish FSA is working to prepare our reporting system to support ESAP. Read more about ESAP here: www.dfsa.dk/ESAP.

We will continue to provide updates on how registered OAM users can prepare for the new requirements.
