When and how do I get access to e-Reg?

On this page, you will find more information about when e-Reg will open, both the training environment and the production environment. Access to e-Reg will be opened in phases, depending on which types of reports you are required to submit. The timeline for this can be found at the bottom of this page.

When will the e-Reg training environment open?

We expect to open for login to the training environment (pre-prod) on 2 March 2026.

The training environment is for test submissions. Here, you can practice before submitting your final report via the production environment.

Nothing submitted in the training environment will be used for supervisory purposes.

The training environment will remain open, so you can return at any time and practice your submission again.

When will the e-Reg production environment open?

We expect to open the production environment on 10 March 2026.

Please remember that test submissions may only be made in the training environment.

How do I get access to e-Reg?

All existing reporting users in FIONA will be migrated to e-Reg.

We will migrate existing FIONA users in different phases, depending on when the various types of reports are moved to e-Reg. The phases will take place during 2026.

We will send a notification letter directly to affected users when they are migrated as part of one of the phases. The notification letter will contain further details on how to log in and where to seek assistance if needed.

In e-Reg, you will need to log in with MitID. If your MitID is registered with a different email address than the one used for your FIONA user, you will be registered as a "new user" without any rights when you attempt to log in. These rights must then be assigned to your new e-Reg user. You can get help with this by contacting your company’s e-Reg administrator.

If you have not previously had a reporting user in FIONA, you will need to have a completely new user account created for e-Reg. You can get help with this by contacting your company’s e-Reg administrator.
