The Danish mortgage credit institutions had lower profit in 2018 compared to the previous year.
Profits are nonetheless still high, at 18.5 billion DKK. The fall in profits was caused by, negative value adjustments, a fall in earnings at subsidiaries, lower net interest income, lower net fee income, and greater impairments. The increase in impairments was caused by greater impairments on agricultural properties.
