Interim register of credit institutions and investment firms from the United Kingdom granted a license pursuant to section 33 of the Financial Business Act

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has issued conditional and temporary licenses to credit institutions and investment firms from the United Kingdom intending to provide cross-border investment services and activities in Denmark to Danish eligible counterparties and per se professional clients after the end of the transitional period on 31 December 2020.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has since 15 October 2020 granted a number of credit institutions and investment firms from the United Kingdom conditional and temporary licenses in order to provide cross-border investment services and activities in Denmark to Danish eligible counterparties and per se professional clients pursuant to section 33 of the Financial Business Act. The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has compiled a list of the credit institutions and investment firms, that by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority have been granted the license. The list will be updated regularly.
