The memoranda have also been translated into English. The corresponding English versions are entitled ’Practical information if you are considering an offer to the public of securities between EUR 1,000,000 and EUR 5,000,000’ and ‘Practical information if you are considering admission of securities to trading on a regulated market and offers to the public of securities of more than EUR 5,000,000.’
The memoranda contain some useful advice that is worth taking into account when considering an offer to the public of securities or admission to trading on a regulated market. They also describe the Danish FSA’s prospectus approval process.
