The tasks of the Danish Securities Council

1.1 Introduction

The Danish Securities Council was set up pursuant to Act No. 1072 of 20 December 1995 on Securities Trading, etc. as later amended.

The activities of the Danish Securities Council have been defined in Executive Order No. 823 of 23 October 1997 on the Rules of Procedure of the Danish Securities Council.

Pursuant to section 84 (3) of the Act, the rules of procedure have been approved by the Danish Minister for Economic Affairs.
