Market Abuse Statistics

The Danish FSA monitors the trading in financial instruments listed on a regulated market or an MTF. The market surveillance covers all types of market abuse including insider trading and price manipulation.

The Danish FSA receives reports on suspicious transactions from private investors, listed companies, investment companies and other supervisory authorities. Every year a large amount of cases are investigated and the number of cases that are reported to the police is increasing.
