In accordance with Danish Executive Order no. 1410 of 7 December 2007 on collection of tenders on certain public and publicly supported contracts the following is announced:

Finanstilsynet (The Danish FSA) requests a tender on the following assignment:

• A report that contains an assessment of the possibility of obtaining market based reinsurance for NBCR-terrorism risk cf. art. 3 of the Act on a Terrorism Insurance Scheme for the Non-life Insurance Area, no. 469 of 17 June 2008.

The report must document when a market failure occurs cf. § 4 of the Executive Order on the Terror Insurance Counsel, no. 503 of 21 May 2012.

The report must be submitted to Finanstilsynet no later than 30 August 2013 at noon.

Tenders must be submitted to Director Michael Holm at the above address by 12 of July 2013 at noon.

The award is given by an overall assessment with significance to price, qualifications, international experience and whether the assignment can be solved within the deadline.

Tenders cannot directly or indirectly participate in the placement of the coverage for 2014 of NBCR-terrorism risk for the Terrorism Insurance Pool for Non-Life Insurance.

Tenders must enclose in the tender a signed solemn declaration on whether the tender has unpaid, overdue debt to Danish authorities.
