CESR publish 11.th version of FAQ on prospectuses

CESR (Committee of European Securities Regulators) has published a updated document on guidelines for the use of the prospectus directive:

"Frequently asked questions regarding Prospectuses: Common positions agreed by CESR Members 11th Updated Version - July 2010"


The document expands the guidelines that CESR published 15. Junuary 2010.
