Advarsel mod Witter Walwyn

Finanstilsynet har fået henledt opmærksomheden på, at et selskab ved navn Witter Walwyn uopfordret har kontaktet danske borgere. Selskabet har en hjemmeside (www.witterwalwyn.net).

Selskabet har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser.

Witter Walwyn har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet.

Selskabet er ikke blevet notificeret over for Danmark fra udenlandske tilsynsmyndigheder.

Warning against Witter Walwyn

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has been informed that a company named Witter Walwyn unsolicited has contacted Danish citizens. The company's homepage is (www.witterwalwyn.net).

According to information given to The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the company has offered to carry out financial services.

Witter Walwyn does not have authorization from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Business Act to carry out such services in Denmark.

The company has not been notified in Denmark from any foreign Financial Supervisory Authority.
