Finanstilsynet har fået henledt opmærksomheden på, at et selskab ved navn Kimura Financial uopfordret har kontaktet danske borgere. På selskabets hjemmeside (www.kimurafinancial.com) er det angivet, at selskabet har adressen: 63-2 Horinouchi Oura, Tohoku-machi, Kamikita-gun, Aomori 039-2402, Japan.

Selskabet har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser.
Kimura Financial har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet.

Selskabet er ikke blevet notificeret over for Danmark fra den japanske tilsynsmyndighed, Financial Services Agency, The Japanese Government.

Warning against Kimura Financial

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has been informed that a company named Kimura Financial unsolicited has contacted Danish citizens. At the company's homepage (www.kimurafinancial.com) it is stated that the company has the address: 63-2 Horinouchi Oura, Tohoku-machi, Kamikita-gun, Aomori 039-2402, Japan.

According to information given to The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the company has offered to carry out financial services.

Kimura Financial does not have authorization from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Business Act to carry out such services in Denmark.

The company has not been notified in Denmark from the Japanese Financial Supervisory Authority (Financial Services Agency, The Japanese Government.).
