Advarsel mod Ibia

ADVARSEL

Finanstilsynet har fået henledt opmærksomheden på, at et selskab ved navn Ibia har tilbudt borgere formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser. På selskabets hjemmeside (www.ibia.info) er det angivet, at selskabet har adressen: Tinghusgade 87A, 5700 Svendborg, Danmark.

Ibia har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet. 

Selskaber med tilladelse til at tilbyde finansielle tjenesteydelser i Danmark kan findes på Finanstilsynets hjemmeside (www.finanstilsynet.dk/sw1267.asp).

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has been informed that a company named Ibia has offered citizens to carry out financial services. At the company's homepage (www.ibia.info) it is stated that the company has the address: Tinghusgade 87A, 5700 Svendborg, Denmark.

Ibia does not have authorization from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Business Act to carry out such services in Denmark.
